Secure file sharing. Safe rendering.

Every file shared through Moada is protected throughout its journey — from access and rendering to storage.

01 / Secure sharing

Only the people you choose should have access to your files.

Sharing is the first security boundary. Moada checks the requested file's sharing scope before it is opened, so a link alone is not enough for files you keep private.

01

Only me

Available to your signed-in account after ownership is verified.

02

Anyone with the link

Anyone who has the URL can open the file. The link is the access key.

03

People in your organization

Available to signed-in users from the verified Google Workspace domain.

You can change a file's sharing scope from its sharing settings.

02 / Safe rendering

Your files stay interactive without putting your workspace at risk.

We don't restrict your HTML. We isolate it.

HTML files can include JavaScript, charts, and other interactive content. Moada lets those features work while the file runs in an isolated environment, away from the Moada application and other files.

Technical details
  • Isolated rendering environment with an opaque origin
  • Browser sandboxing with scripts enabled only when needed
  • Restricted browser permissions, including no same-origin access to Moada

03 / Secure storage

Your files are protected while they're stored.

Original files are not exposed through a public file URL. Moada checks access on the server, then delivers an authorized view through a short-lived signed URL.

Private cloud storage, not a public bucket
Short-lived access-controlled delivery
Encrypted connections in transit
Cloud-provider encryption at rest

Encryption at rest is provided by the cloud storage service. It does not mean Moada operators can never access stored content.

Our approach

Security is an ongoing process.

We treat security as a product principle, not a one-time checklist. We keep strengthening the boundaries around sharing, rendering, and storage as Moada grows.
